• Mobile Device Data: Device information such as mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

• Local Storage: All your payment reminders, categories, and personal data are primarily stored locally on your device. This means your sensitive financial information remains under your control.
• iCloud Backup (Optional): If you choose to enable iCloud backup, your data will be encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account, subject to Apple's privacy policies.
• Export Features: When you export data to PDF, CSV, or JSON formats, these files are generated on your device and you control where they are saved or shared.
• No Third-Party Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your payment information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

• Deletion: You can delete individual payment reminders or use the "Clear ALL Data" function to remove all your information from the application.
• Export: You can export your data in JSON, PDF, or CSV formats at any time.
• Opt-Out: You can disable notifications and opt-out of certain features through the application settings.

Notifications and Reminders

PayRem sends you local notifications to remind you of upcoming payments. These notifications are:

• Sent one day before the payment due date at 9:00 AM
• Generated locally on your device
• Completely under your control and can be disabled in your device settings
• Do not require internet connectivity to function

Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

International Users

PayRem supports multiple currencies (RON, USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, HKD, SGD, NZD, SEK, KRW, NOK, MXN) and is available for international users. If you are accessing the application from outside your country of residence, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the country where our servers are located. By using the application, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
